The Elite Training Program is for players who strive for personal success.

An intense 2 hour session focusing on advanced technical development expanding on the player’s overall skill, agility, speed and technique, whilst also involving life lessons of resilience, work ethic and team partnership.

The Institute’s director of coaching, Steven Luburic has in excess of 26 years experience as a player and coach. Having over 23 players through his system who have gone on to play at the highest level nationally and internationally, your players development is in competent hands. Our System Is Proven

With a European focus on our development system, our players become very technical with a strong game intelligence.

In 2022, three of our foundational youth players relocated to Zagreb, Croatia where our head coach Steven has created pathway partnerships with tier 1,2 and 3 clubs. All 3 are currently in negotiations for the following season.

2023 our youth player Thomas Whiffen has signed his first professional contract in Czech Republic with club Slezsky FC Opava.

Max Luburic will play the season in Zagreb with division 1 club NK Rudes

Joshua Da Pra remains at NK Zagreb playing Men's Division.

Presidents and coaches at each club have made mention of our players ability to match their standard with high level football skill and class.
